    DIRECTIONS

  • Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl until sugar dissolves.
  • Add to ice cream maker andturn on for 20 minutes.
  • Add 4 sliced bananas slowly into the churning ice cream.Churn for 5 more minutes.
  • Turn off machine and fold in mini vanilla wafer cookies.
  • Store in an air tight container and freeze.Soft serve in a couple of hours, for firmer ice cream wait next day to serve.
