  • 1lb taco ground turkey
  • 1 (2 ounce) packagegreat value taco seasoning
  • 1 (10 1/2ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
  • 1mediumonion, diced
  • 1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar salsa con queso
  • 12 lbtater tots
  • 14 cupwater

    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Brown ground turkey (or ground beef if desired).
  • Drain if needed, add taco seasoning and water, simmer for 5 minutes of medium heat.
  • In medium bowl add one can cream of chicken soup, meat, and can of corn not drained. Mix this mixture and place into sprayed 9×13 pan.
  • Place Tator tots in single layer on top of mixture.
  • spread the salsa con queso on top of everything. (Most of the time I will cook the tots for 50 minutes and add the queso for the last 10 minutes).
  • cook in preheated oven for one hour to one hour and 15 minutes.
