1. Take bowl, add flour, egg, oil, yeast, salt and sugar. Mix them well. Now add water gradually to knead it. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it sit for2 hours.
2. Before going to prepare stuff for pizza, pre heat the pan (in which pizza will be baked) for ten minutes. Now let’s start.
3. Take a pan. Add 2 Tablespoon oil and chicken. Stir it. Add garlic and ginger powder when chicken change colour. Stir for one minute then add all spices. Mix them all. Add some water and cover the pot for five minutes. Uncover and check if chicken is tender. Cover again for 5 minutes. Uncover it and let water evaporate.
4. Now it’s time to ready the dough for pizza. Knead dough again and let sit for5 minutes. After five minutes, take the dough and divide it into 2 portions.
5. Take one part of dough and roll it out. Edges shouldn’t be more thick and more thin. It should be average.
6. Take pizza pan, grease it with oil or ghee and put the pizza bread on it. Prick bread with fork. Spread pizza sauce. Put chicken pieces, chattered and mozzarella cheese, add capsicum and again add chattered and mozzarella cheese, add onion, olives and red chili flakes.
7. Put pizza on pan and cover the pot for about25 to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, uncover the pan and take pizza out. Enjoy!
