DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.Combine crushed chips with 1 T. fresh dill or 1 t. dried, and 1 T. parsley; reserve.
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, garlic and remaining dill and parsley.
Place tilapia fillets on baking sheet.Spread tops with mayonnaise mixture, dividing evenly.Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup chip mixture to coat; pat gently to adhere.Lightly spray filets with cooking spray.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until topping is golden brown and fish is cooked through.Serve with lemon wedges.
