    DIRECTIONS

  • Brown sausage.
  • Add garlic, basil,1 1/2 teaspoons salt, tomatoes, and tomato paste.Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Cook, drain, and cool noodles.
  • Mix cottage cheese, Romano cheese, parsley flakes, beaten eggs, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper and mozzarella cheese.
  • Layers noodles, meat sauce, and cheese mixture, twice.
  • Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
  • Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
