1 roma tomato
1 ouncesharp cheddar cheese
Mash 1/4 ripe avocado
Dice one Roma tomato and mix with mashed avocado.
Slice 1 oz cheese into 12 one-inch squares.
Slice 4 olives into 3 rings each.
Slice 4 mushrooms into 3 rings each.
Place 1/2 teaspoons of avocado mix on top of each mushroom slice.
Place one cheese square on top of avocado mix.
Place one olive slice on top of cheese square.
Heat for 15 seconds in microwave.
