Supermarkets Iceland and Co-op have issued food recalls via the Food Standards Agency. Which products are under the recall notice?

Co-op is recalling Gro Sticky Toffee puddings because the glass ramekins may break when heated in the microwave. This is a potential safety risk.
Gro Sticky Toffee Pudding, 190g (2x 95g), all dates between 19 February to 12 March 2020.
The FSA said: “Co-op is recalling the above product. Point of sale notices will be displayed in all retail stores that are selling this product.
“These notices explain to customers why the product is being recalled and tells them what to do if they have bought the product.”
The supermarket said: “Glass ramekins are breaking when heated in the microwave.
“Return product to nearest Co-op store for a refund. Contact: 0800 0686 727 [email protected]
“We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”

Iceland is recalling Iceland Vegetable Lasagne as it may contain pieces of plastic/rubber.
The possible presence of plastic/rubber makes this product unsafe to eat.

The FSA said: “Iceland is recalling the above product. Point of sale notices will be displayed in all retail stores that are selling this product.
“These notices explain to customers why the product is being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the product.”
Iceland said: “If you have purchased the above products do not consume them.
“Return them to your nearest Iceland store for a full refund. No other products or date codes are affected.
“If you have any concerns or queries, please contact the Store Manager or call our Customer Care Line on 0800 328 0800 Option 3.”
Iceland are not the only ones to have recalled food items due to the possible contamination with rubber.
Nestlé UK Limited have also taken the precautionary step of voluntary recalling Nestlé Ski Yogurt Variety Pack With Fruit Pieces.
This is because it may contain small pieces of black rubber, due to an “isolated incident in their fruit supplier manufacturing process”.
