Kinder has decided to recall a selection of European labelled Kinder products as they may contain salmonella. They were manufactured at the Arlon factory in Belgium. Some products, which were intended for the European market only and have already been recalled in Europe, have been imported into the UK by UK importers not linked to Ferrero.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) issued a risk statement to warn consumers.
“The possible presence of Salmonella in the products listed above.
“Symptoms caused by Salmonella usually include fever, diarrhoea and abdominal cramps.”
