  • 34 teaspoonsalt
  • 3cupsflour
  • 4cupsrolled oats

    DIRECTIONS

  • Cream butter and sugars together.
  • Add eggs; beat until light and fluffy.
  • Add vanilla and peanut butter. Mix together.
  • Mix all dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture.
  • Spread on two large greased cookie sheets.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes, until very light brown. When cool, spread with a thin layer of whipped peanut butter. Frost with chocolate icing.
