  • 13 cuphoney
  • 1 12 cupssoymilk (vanilla or plain)
  • 12 cupapplesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 scoopscollagen, powder
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla
  • 2 34 cupsrolled oats
  • 12 cup golden flax seed (ground)
  • 2 scoops vanilla rice protein powder (I use Sunwarrior)
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 12 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 teaspoonscinnamon
  • 2 chopped apples
  • 14 cupdried fruit (I like blueberries)
  • Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix everything together.
  • Spoon into 12 muffin cups.
  • Bake for 25-27 mins.
