A Vanilla Bean Wine Is Hitting Aldi This Month That Can Be Mixed Or Enjoyed On The Rocks

I’m not big on New Year’s resolutions, but I have a proposition for you in case you’re looking to make some changes in 2021: Start shopping at Aldi if you don’t already. I’m serious, people! The grocery chain has snacks and dips galore, frozen meals that will change up your boring routine, and, in some areas, a booze aisle that is full of hidden gems. This month, Aldi is introducing a new vanilla bean wine to their shelves and it’s bound to be the star of your wine rack.
Hear me out because Aldi really knows what they’re doing when it comes to specialty drinks and pre-mixed cocktails in bottles. Over the summer, the store’s margarita wine was a huge hit among shoppers and was an easy beverage to mix with something else or pour into a glass over ice. Think of this vanilla wine (which will hit shelves next week) as a sweet version of the same type of drink that can be a great dessert cocktail.
The Petit Vanilla Bean Wine Specialty is made by the same folks who produce the Petit Coconut Wine that Aldi shoppers loved this past summer, so it’s safe to assume it will be just as sweet and delicious. According to the bottle, it’s made with a blend of white wine, vanilla flavor, and cream. Previously, fans of the Petit products mixed them into frozen drinks or with juice and I’d suggest the vanilla flavor would be great with some cold brew coffee, Baileys, or on the rocks. Cheers, my friends!
