  • 14 cup chopped carrot

    DIRECTIONS

  • whisk the egg.
  • set stove on medium heat and place a frying pan on the stove (a deep frying pan is highly recommended).
  • pourthe rice in the pan and stir
  • add in the egg and stir more let the rice cook for 1 mins.
  • add the chopped celery, carrots and onion and stir. let it cook for 2 mins (cover it with a lid if u have one).
  • add in the oyster sauce and soy sauce then stir again.
  • stir every 2 mins until everything is cooked.
