Jill and Derrick enjoyed Mexican food together with plates full of refried beans, rice, and what appears to be a burrito, but it was a half empty (or full 🙂) cocktail that caught fans’ eyes. “Drink looks amazing what is it?” one commenter asked. “A piña colada,” Jill responded.
When another user asked if it was virgin or regular, Jill confirmed it was regular. Although an alcoholic beverage may not be a big deal considering Jill is 29, the Duggar family, particularly parents Jim Bob and Michelle are devout independent baptists and live a very conservative lifestyle, including not drinking alcohol and teaching their children to do the same.
People reported that this isn’t the first time Jill has chosen to stray from her family’s beliefs. She has a nose piercing, has openly discussed her sex life, and has modeled swimwear online. Fans were happy to see her enjoying a boozy beverage on her night out and supportive of her choice to drink.
