Letitia Dean looked phenomenal on the red carpet for the National Television Awards back in September.
She wore a chic white trouser suit which showed off her fabulous figure, accessorising with a rather iconic pair of pink and gold sunglasses.
Over the past few months many EastEnders fans have commented on the actress’ body, asking about her weight loss secrets.
In January, @rambibambi_ tweeted: “I’m gonna need Letitia Dean’s weight loss plan because she looks stunning in EastEnders.”
In May, @sashaholly_ said: “I beg someone tell me Letitia Dean’s weight loss secret #EastEnders.”

Some of her fans have taken to Instagram to praise the soap star’s weight loss. Commenting on fan page @letitia_dean123, @angela.walsh.9634 said: “Woohoo! Looking fabulous. Wish I knew your secret.”
@jennie.anne.3956 commented: “How did you lose weight – really I am desperate and you’re amazing.” @jonathandaly34 even added: “You look younger by minutes.”
But how did the actress – who has fluctuated in weight over the years – shed the pounds?
Letizia may have dropped two stone last year from 10st 4lb to 8st 3lb, according to The Daily Mail. The publication also reported she is said to have gone down four dress sizes in just four months.

Letitia previously come under fire for her weight. Speaking on EastEnders’ spin-off show Secrets from the Square in 2020, the actress revealed: “I had quite a lot of horrible things said about me. She’s too fat, the other actors complain they can’t fit on the same set with her.”
In 2007 Letitia took part in the rigorous Strictly Come Dancing, which she did partly in order to lose weight, as reported by MyLondon.
She said: “The main reason I signed up was because I wanted to do something about my figure. I was so sick of extreme dieting and my weight yo-yoing.”
The EastEnders actress also focussed on eating “healthy foods” such as pitta bread with grilled skinless chicken breast and lots of greens.
During her six-year break from the show, Letitia enlisted the help of trainer Dee Thresher. In 2008 she released Letitia Dean’s Lean Routine, stating: “I’ve gone from 10 stone 4lbs to eight stone 4lbs and finally can show off my waist after years of hiding it.
“The barrel belly has disappeared – and it’s not coming back! This is the only thing that’s ever worked for me, so give it a go, you’ll love the routine and you’ll definitely get lean!”
The workout comprised a Body Warmer, Latin Sizzler, Bingo Buster and Muffin Shrinker.
