EastEnders star Letitia Dean has wowed fans with her incredible weight loss transformation.
Fans of the soap actress have taken to social media to praise her stunning figure over the last few months.
@rambibambi_ tweeted: “I’m gonna need Letitia Dean’s weight loss plan bc she looks stunning in EastEnders.”

She looked absolutely stunning just days ago at the National Television Awards 2023 in a striking white jumpsuit. @beardedguy50 tweeted: “Quite frankly it doesn’t matter how she’s done it, Letitia Dean looks f****** fantastic.”
But how did Letitia slim down and come to have her enviable physique?
The Daily Mail said the star is said to have lost four dress sizes in four months last year.
Letitia, who has fluctuated in weight, revealed that her size came under fire during the show. Speaking on Secrets from the Square in 2020, she said: “I had quite a lot of horrible things said about me, ‘she’s too fat’, ‘the other actors complain they can’t fit on the same set with her’.”

The Daily Mail said that during her six-year break from the beloved soap opera, the actress enlisted co-stars Charlie Brooks and Natalie Cassidy’s personal trainer.
Letitia Dean likely overhauled her diet and exercise regime in order to shed pounds. In 2008 she released the Letitia Dean’s Lean Routine DVD.
For those who are overweight, the NHS recommends getting active for 150 minutes a week, consuming your five-a-day, reading food labels, swapping sugary drinks for water and cutting down on foods that are high in sugar and fat.
The NHS also suggested enlisting some help from someone you trust for motivation. Aim to lose one to 2lbs, or 0.5 to 1kg a week.
MyLondon reported that she signed up for Strictly Come Dancing in 2007 to slim down.
She said: “The main reason I signed up was because I wanted to do something about my figure,” she explained. “I was so sick of extreme dieting and my weight yo-yoing.”
Eating healthy foods such as grilled skinless chicken breast and veggies did wonders for the actress. Not only did she lose weight, she “had so much more energy than when I used to eat junk food”.
