  • 12 teaspoononion powder

    DIRECTIONS

  • Separate kale leaves from stems and tear into large pieces.
  • Add kale leaves to a large bowl.
  • Grind cashews to a fine consistency in a food processor or blender.
  • Add in remaining ingredients an blend until a thin paste is formed.
  • Combine cashew butter mixture with kale leaves by hand, coat thoroughly.
  • Lay coated kale pieces in a single layer in air fryer and cook at 360°F for 8 to 10 minutes or in an oven at 300°F for 25-30 minutes flipping once halfway through.
  • Store in sealed container in fridge for 4-5 days.
