Donia is an Essex based mum who was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago. She had tried every single diet there was. When she thought it was impossible to lose weight, she finally found a healthier way of life and a diet plan that actually worked.
Donia, 43, is an author and film producer who had been trying to lose weight for a really long time.
After being diagnosed with cancer, the treatment saw Donia put on some extra pounds.
Her aim was to get into a size eight dress for an upcoming film premiere she wanted to attend.
After all the previous diets she had tried failed, she managed to lose two stone in just six weeks by introducing something to her diet: meal replacement shakes.
As a busy working mum, Donia wanted to find a plan that fit well with her busy lifestyle and that didn’t require a lot of effort.
Meal replacement shakes seemed like an easy way to lose weight quickly – and it worked.
Not only she managed to lose two stone in just six weeks, but she felt more energised and with clearer skin.
“Although I didn’t look hugely overweight my BMI still was showing that I was overweight so after multiple health scares and after battling cancer back in 2017 I knew after all the steroids and medication which actually increased my weight that once in remission I had to do something about it,” Donia explained.
“I have tried various diets which included the atkins diet which I did lose weight but to me putting all the fat inside just didn’t seem right!
“I then tried the Freesoul which was full of nutrients and gave me so much energy and I felt I was fuelling my body with much needed vitamins and minerals it needed;
“And miraculously it helped keep the hunger at bay and increase my energy levels and I even joined the gym which I just felt too sluggish before to do!
“Although I have just had a recent operation and still in recovery process I certainly am healing well and my skin and hair looks incredible!” she explained.
Free Soul’s Meal Shakes aren’t designed to replace food, but to support a busy lifestyle on those days there isn’t enough time to prepare a healthy and balanced meal.
The delicious functional shakes provide all the nutrients you need whilst also keeping you full for at least three hours.
They are also carefully tailored to balance hormones and provide a dose of vital vitamins and minerals, enhancing skin, hair and nails.
Meal replacement shakes are intended to provide the nutrition of a full meal.
As most meal shakes contain between 200–400 calories and a good amount of protein, fibre and essential vitamins and minerals, they are a great way to get a healthy, low-calorie meal on the go.
They can help you avoid unhealthy meals, helping you lose weight faster.
Meal replacement shakes provide you with nutrients traditional diets might be lacking while cutting calories.
However, it is recommended to talk to your doctor before starting a new diet.
