Losing weight isn’t easy and slimmers need to make sure their diet plan is in check. One woman used a high protein plan and regular exercise to shed 2st 9lb in just eight weeks.

Amy Cameron, 40, had just come out of a long-term relationship and noticed her confidence drop.
The slimmer had seen the weight pile on but could not find the motivation to do anything about it.
She would cover up in oversized clothing and struggled to fit into a size 14/16.
But with her brother’s wedding fast approaching, Amy knew it was time to make a change.

Taking part in regular classes, she noticed her fitness improve and started to enjoy the challenge.
She mixed high cardio classes with weight training in order to speed up results.
The slimmer described the plan as the most rewarding thing she had ever done and noticed her mood improve.
As well as a mental transformation, Amy’s body completely changed and she was soon enjoying compliments on her progress.
She trimmed down by a remarkable 2st 9lb in just eight weeks and started to carve visible abs.
Amy could soon slip into a healthy size eight clothing and gained more confidence in her fashion choices.
She developed an understanding of health and fitness and has managed to maintain results ever since.
