DIRECTIONS Melt butter in a small square or rectangular microwave safe dish. Beat in egg thoroughly. Add almond flour, baking powder, seasoning of choice and mix until thoroughly combined. Microwave on high 60-90 seconds until bread is set. Once cool, remove from container and cut into 2 slices. Add butter or oil to a frying pan over medium to medium low heat.
