Ingredients
- A. Pureed (in a food processor)
- 450 g ripe banana
- 4 eggs
- 200 g corn oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 C Castor sugar
- 1/2 C Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- B. Sifted
- 2 C Self Raising flour
- 2 tbsp Full Cream Milk Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
Steps
Puree A in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a big mixing bowl.
Gently fold in B (in two batches) until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased and lined cake tin. Bake at 150°C for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
