3-Steps Soft Banana Cake

Ingredients

  1. A. Pureed (in a food processor)
  2. 450 g ripe banana
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 200 g corn oil
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 1/2 C Castor sugar
  7. 1/2 C Dark Brown Sugar
  8. 1/2 tsp fine salt
  9. B. Sifted
  10. 2 C Self Raising flour
  11. 2 tbsp Full Cream Milk Powder
  12. 1 tsp Baking Soda

Steps

  1. Puree A in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a big mixing bowl.

  2. Gently fold in B (in two batches) until smooth.

  3. Pour batter into a greased and lined cake tin. Bake at 150°C for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
