Akki savige or rice sevai is like indian noodles ..One of the most popular dish from karnataka you see in most of the restaurants they serve ,This one is lemon savige served with coconut chutney and Some hot Filter Coffee ๐Ÿ˜Š

Ingredients

  1. 1 Packet Akki Savige
  2. 1 Onion chopped
  3. 2/3 Green Chillies
  4. 1/2 lemon juice
  5. Oil
  6. Salt
  7. Mustard
  8. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  9. Urad dal and channa dal
  10. leaves Coriander
  11. Leaves Curry

Steps

  1. First heat water in vessel and cook the sevai for while until done and strain immediately and keep aside till water is completely drained out.

  2. Heat a pan add oil add mustard once spluttered add the dal and onion sautรฉ well.

  3. Then add green chilies curry leaves and cook for while. Then add turmeric powder and salt and lemon juice then add the akki sevai and mix really well and close the lid for while.

  4. Remove from pan garnish with coriander leaves and serve with spicy coconut chutney.
