- 5 Small Potatoes (Peeled & Grated)
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp Besan
- 1 tsp Pepper Pd
- 1 tsp Cumin Pd
- 6 Green Chillies
- 1 Onion
Peel & Grate the Potatoes. Add Salt to the grated potatoes & let it rest for 10 mins.
After 10 mins, Squeeze out the starch water from the Potatoes.
To it, add all the above ingredients.
Heat a Dosa Pan. Brush the pan with Butter/Ghee/Oil. Shape the mix & place on pan. Cook on one side. Brush with Butter/Ghee/Oil. Turn & cook on other side till done.
Devour it with Green Chutney, Curd or any Sauce of your Choice. ??
