Aloo kheema cutlet


  1. 500 gm mutton kheema
  2. 1 bunch coriander leaves
  3. 5-6 green chillies
  4. Salt
  5. 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tsp cumin n corainder powder
  7. 3-4 medium size potatoes
  8. 1 cup bread crums
  9. 4 eggs
  10. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  11. Oil for frying


  1. Wash mutton kheema well! Make a paste of coriander leaves and green chillies add this paste to kheema,add ginger garlic paste,salt,cumin and coriander powder mix add this mixture direct to the pan and keep mixing it till the kheema is cooked and water is soaked completely!

  2. Now boil the potatotes and mash it add this dried kheema and mix well..cutlet mixture is ready!

  3. Take eggs in a bowl add red chilli powder and salt to it whisk it another bowl add breadcrums! Now take little portion from cutlet mixture form in a tikki shape roll in breadcrums, dip in egg mixture and deep fry in oil! Its ready serve hot with some ketchup!
