This has got to be the easiest, juiciest, most flavorful chuck roast I’ve ever made.
Ingredients
- Chuck roast (Make sure it says Chuck on packaging.)
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch
- 1 package Au Jus
- 1 stick butter
- 4-6 peperoncini
Steps
Lay Chuck roast in crock pot
Sprinkle hidden valley ranch on top and then Au Jus seasonings
Lay 1 stick of butter on the center
Place peppers on top of roast around stick of BUTTER. And that’s it!
Place lid on crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours. DO NOT ADD WATER!!
