American potato salad


  1. 2 potatoes cooked in salted water
  2. 1 cooked beet
  3. Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
  4. 1 tablespoon green onion cubes
  5. 2 hard- boiled eggs cut in cubes
  6. 1 pinch chopped mint
  7. Salt
  8. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  9. 1/2 tablespoon pickles
  10. 1/2 tablespoon chopped parsley
  11. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  13. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  14. tablespoon celery in cubes


  1. Mix the hot potatoes with the lemon juice and salt and mint, the onion powder, black pepper and do the same for the cooked beet for good absorption of the spices and lemon juice, then put them in the refrigerator,

  2. Once the mixture has cooled, add the chopped parsley and pickles, the eggs, the celery cut into cubes and a tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1/2 teaspoon of mustard

  3. Put the mixture in an oval plate and decorate with the stripes of cubes of beetroot and chopped parsley and the tomato flower.
