Salmon Tonight ?
Ingredients
- 1 Whole Fillet Salmon Cut 4 Times
- 2 Large Yams ? Cut In Half
- 2 Avocados Mashed?
- Salt & Pepper
- Butter
- Filling
- 2 Yellow Squash Sliced Thin
- 1/2 Granny Smith Apple Sliced Thin?
- 1 Mango Chopped Thin
- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
- Salt & Pepper
- Pinch Parsley Chopped Finely
Steps
Preheat Over To 400°
Cut Yams ? In Half And Butter Them All Over
Season Them And Cook For 45 Minutes In a Pan With Foil
On The Sides If The Fish Cut A Pocket & Use The Mixture
In A Large Pan Use 2 TBS of Butter And Start Cooking The Fish Skin Down
2 -3 Minutes on Each Side
Mash The Avocados and Season Them
