Banana fritters or banana balls


  1. 3 riped bananas
  2. 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  3. 3 tbsp desiccated coconut powder
  4. 1/3-1/2 cup Sugar
  5. pinch salt
  6. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  7. 1/4 baking soda
  8. Oil for deep fry
  9. Ghee


  1. Cut the banana into small pieces then grind the sugar in the form of sugar powder in a mixer grinder.

  2. Add sliced banana to a powdered sugar in a mixer jar till we get the smooth paste consistency.

  3. Transfer the paste into the mixing bowl add all the ingredients with paste then mix and fry them using a spoon in oil.

  4. Banana fritters is ready to eat:)
