Banana Pudding Icebox Cake

Ingredients

  1. 11 oz box vanilla wafers
  2. 3/4 cup cold milk
  3. 1 (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
  4. 5 large bananas thinly sliced
  5. 8 oz cool whip

Steps

  1. Make pudding according to box

  2. Arrange a layer of wafers on bottom of 8″ springform pan, dipping each wafer in milk.

  3. Put 1/3 of pudding on top of wafers.

  4. Arrange a layer of bananas over pudding.

  5. Top with 1/3 of cool whip

  6. Repeat layers 2 more times

  7. Cover with plastic and freeze until hard about 4 hours

  8. Top with cool whip and wafers if desired
