This is a great sauce with red wine too.
Ingredients
- Hollandaise Sauce
- White wine
- Fresh tarragon
- Salt and pepper
Steps
Into a hot skillet pour white wine, add fresh tarragon, and salt and pepper. Bring to a low simmer over medium low heat, whisk continuously slowly drizzling in the hot Hollandaise Sauce until smooth. Serve over filet mignon or any favorite dish.
