Bearnaise Sauce

This is a great sauce with red wine too.


  1. Hollandaise Sauce
  2. White wine
  3. Fresh tarragon
  4. Salt and pepper


  1. Into a hot skillet pour white wine, add fresh tarragon, and salt and pepper. Bring to a low simmer over medium low heat, whisk continuously slowly drizzling in the hot Hollandaise Sauce until smooth. Serve over filet mignon or any favorite dish.
