1. 2 Cup Unsalted Butter
  2. 2 Cup Flour
  3. 1 Gallon milk
  4. Salt&Pepper


  1. Add Butter And Flour to sauce pan & Make Roux put aside to cool

  2. Heat Milk, add roux stirring until sauce thickens

  3. Bring to a boil add generous Pinch of salt & pepper

  4. Lower Heat Cook for 2-3 mins stirring until little bubbles show around edge
