Ingredients
- 2 Cup Unsalted Butter
- 2 Cup Flour
- 1 Gallon milk
- Salt&Pepper
Steps
Add Butter And Flour to sauce pan & Make Roux put aside to cool
Heat Milk, add roux stirring until sauce thickens
Bring to a boil add generous Pinch of salt & pepper
Lower Heat Cook for 2-3 mins stirring until little bubbles show around edge
