    DIRECTIONS

  • In a high sided pot, brown the ground beef, drain and set aside.
  • add garlic while beef is cooking.
  • melt butter in high sided pot.Add flour and stir until butter and flour mixture is bubbling.Stir until thick and bubbling.Add meat, stir, reduce heat so the meat can reheat.
  • gradually add milk to the butter and flour mixture, stirring constantly as you are adding.Add seasoned salt and black pepper while continuing to stir butter/flour and milk.
  • toast the whole wheat breat.
  • Serve over plain whole wheat toast.
