In a high sided pot, brown the ground beef, drain and set aside.
add garlic while beef is cooking.
melt butter in high sided pot.Add flour and stir until butter and flour mixture is bubbling.Stir until thick and bubbling.Add meat, stir, reduce heat so the meat can reheat.
gradually add milk to the butter and flour mixture, stirring constantly as you are adding.Add seasoned salt and black pepper while continuing to stir butter/flour and milk.
