Bells Chickpea sandwiche

Vegan friendly , tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 can garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
  2. 1 tbs chopped green onions
  3. 2 tbs mayo or vegenaise
  4. 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1/4 tsp. Salt or less
  6. 1/4 tsp pepper or less
  7. 6 slice toast
  8. 1 sliced tomato

Steps

  1. Smash garbanzo beans with a fork

  2. Add onions and seasonings

  3. Mix in your mayo or vegenaise

  4. Spoon mixer on 3 toast top with tomato and other toast.

  5. And enjoy! I like this sandwich with sliced radishes
