Ingredients
- 1/2 can garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
- 1 tbs chopped green onions
- 2 tbs mayo or vegenaise
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. Salt or less
- 1/4 tsp pepper or less
- 6 slice toast
- 1 sliced tomato
Steps
Smash garbanzo beans with a fork
Add onions and seasonings
Mix in your mayo or vegenaise
Spoon mixer on 3 toast top with tomato and other toast.
And enjoy! I like this sandwich with sliced radishes
