Ingredients
- Whole black chicken
- American ginseng
- Chinese yam
- Solomons seal
- Goji berries
- 2 tsp rock salt
Steps
Add all ingredients in a pot of 4 litres water. Let it boil for 15 minutes and let it slow simmer for at least 8 hours. Add salt when simmered for more than 3 hours.
You can use a Thermos cooking pot or electric induction slow cooker to save gas when slow cook for long hours.
