Black eyed Peas/ Lobia Salad – Diet_Healthy

Ingredients

  1. 50 gm black eyed bean
  2. 1 small Onion
  3. 1 medium Tomatoe
  4. 1 medium Cucumber
  5. 1 tsp olive oil
  6. 1 lemon juice
  7. Black pepper powder
  8. Rock salt

Steps

  1. Soak beans for 4-6 hours.

  2. Pressure cook beans for 4 whistles approx 10-15 mins on low flame.

  3. Cut down onion, tomatoe and cucumber into slices.

  4. Prepare dressing by adding lemon, salt and pepper into Olive oil. Mix all the veggies and dressing. Tada! Salad is ready.
