Blue cheese, pear and chicken salad ? ? ?


  1. chicken breast
  2. blue cheese
  3. romaine lettuce
  4. red leaf lettuce
  5. arugula
  6. walnut
  7. maple syrup
  8. sunflower seeds


  1. Fry chicken breast in a pan until it cooked.

  2. Slice the pear. Cut the cheese into small cubes.

  3. Grind the nuts. Mix all the ingredients together, sprinkle it with maple syrup.

  4. Add seeds on top.
