Ingredients
- 1-2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
Steps
Preheat the oven at 190 deg C.
Mix all the ingredients except for the red pepper in a small bowl.
Pour the mixture in the bell pepper and pop in the oven.
Leave for around 20 to 30 mins depending on your oven. Then serve on a plate and bon appetit.
