Breakfast Omelette in a Pepper


  1. 1-2 eggs
  2. 1/4 tsp oregano
  3. 1/4 tsp rosemary
  4. 1/4 tsp thyme
  5. Salt and Pepper
  6. 1 red bell pepper


  1. Preheat the oven at 190 deg C.

  2. Mix all the ingredients except for the red pepper in a small bowl.

  3. Pour the mixture in the bell pepper and pop in the oven.

  4. Leave for around 20 to 30 mins depending on your oven. Then serve on a plate and bon appetit.
