- 10-15 brussel sprouts
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 stick butter
In pot melt stick if butter on medium-low heat.
Add Brussels sprouts and garlic.
Add salt and pepper. Put lid on to steam.
Stir every few minutes, add more butter if it seems is doesnt have enough as cooking time goes on. Cook for 15-20 minutes until done.
