- 1 packet Ground meat
- to taste Salt
- Fresh green coriander leaves a bunch chopped
- 3 onions chopped
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 2 tbsp Freshly powdered coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and marinate the meat for 1 hour.
Now make small kind of patties. Use water when u make it with ur hands so it won’t stick.
Now preheat the oil in a pan and deep fry the kababs over high flame for 10 minutes until they turn brownish black.
Enjoy with ur favourite sauce and a glass of Coke 🍷🙂.
