Chickpea Salad Wrap

Ingredients

  1. Chickpea Salad Mix
  2. 15.5 oz canned deshelled chickpeas
  3. 1/3 Cup Vegan Mayo
  4. 1/4 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  5. 1/4 tsp Ground Coriander Seed
  6. 1/4 tsp Salt
  7. 1/3 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  8. 1/4 tsp Ground Red Pepper
  9. 1/3 tsp Garlic Powder
  10. 1/3 tsp Onion Powder
  11. 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
  12. 1/2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  13. 1/2 tsp Maple Syrup
  14. 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric

Steps

  1. Roughly mash the chickpeas in a bowl or food processor. Then add the rest of the chickpea salad mix.

  2. Mix well.

  3. Warm your tortilla on a skillet or a comal.

  4. Assemble your wrap with the chickpea salad mix, chopped lettuce, chopped tomato, and sliced avocado.

  5. Enjoy!
