- Chickpea Salad Mix
- 15.5 oz canned deshelled chickpeas
- 1/3 Cup Vegan Mayo
- 1/4 tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Ground Coriander Seed
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/3 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Ground Red Pepper
- 1/3 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/3 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
Steps
Roughly mash the chickpeas in a bowl or food processor. Then add the rest of the chickpea salad mix.
Mix well.
Warm your tortilla on a skillet or a comal.
Assemble your wrap with the chickpea salad mix, chopped lettuce, chopped tomato, and sliced avocado.
