Chinese Wonton/Dumpling Sauce

A traditional wonton sauce like your favourite restaurant makes.


  1. 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  2. 1 Tbsp Vinegar
  3. 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  4. 2 Tbsp Water
  5. Green Onions (optional)


  1. Mix ingredients thoroughly. Chop and add onion if using.

  2. Chill for an hour, and (preferably) serve warm. Will save for a month or so in your refrigerator.
