- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chip or bar chopped into chunks
- 4 oz milk chocolate chips or bar chopped into chunks
- 1/2 cup milk or half and half (if on hand)
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp fine salt (sea, kosher, Hemalayan, or table)
Add chocolate, milk/ half and half, and butter to microwave safe bowl and microwave on 50% power for 2 minutes.
Stir until smooth.
Stir in vanilla and salt.
Transfer to fondue pot or tiny crockpot.
Dipping ideas: strawberries, apple slices, pineapple chunks, pretzels, marshmallows, cookies, raspberries, cake, etc
