It’s an easy way of how i made this kind of Salad.
It’ssimple but nutritious and healthy..
Ingredients
- 1 pc large cucumber
- 1 cup sliced lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomato,sliced
- 1/2 cup red beans
- 1/2 cup corn
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp mustard yellow
- 1 tbsp mustard with honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
Steps
Prepare all vegestables. Wash and cut it. Mix all in 1 bowl then put in serving plate/bowl.
Mix the dressing in separate bowl. Mix it good before put up the Salad..
Serve and enjoy.
