Simple elegant recipe, great alternative ground beef hamburgers. Careful not to overcook weather grilling or frying.
- 2 lbs 93 percent lean ground Turkey
- 1 small onion
- 4 whole pickled pepperoncini
- 4 TBSP dry parsley
- 2 oz. Olive oil
- 1 oz. Lemon juice
- 2 TBSP salt
- 2 TBSP Course Ground Pepper
Puree onion, parsley, pepperoncini, olive oil, lemon juice
Add ground Turkey in mixing bowl to combine with salt and pepper.
Combine puree mixture into the turkey
Form 6 oz patties to grill or fry
