Dark sauce belly fish

dont judge by appearance, its taste good.


  1. 5 thick slice of belly fish
  2. 3 slice ginger
  3. 1 stalk spring onion cut about 3cm
  4. seasoning
  5. wine
  6. cornstarch
  7. 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  8. 2 tsp light soy sauce
  9. 1 tsp sugar
  10. 4 tsp water


  1. Seasoning belly fish with wine and wrapped with cornstarch

  2. Fried belly fish til golden color and put ginger in

  3. Mix together other seasoning and pour it in

  4. Wait until the fish coler change and flip it over

  5. Add spring onion in last minute and done!
