Ingredients
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1/2 can tomato
- 2 jalapeños
- 2 pounds ground beef
- Salt
- cube Bouillon
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 3 tablespoons creol seasoning
- 3 minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- Pinch salt
- 3 tablespoons browning sauce
- 3 cups rice
Steps
Fully cook rice with 4 tablespoons butter and set aside
Cut the celery, pepper, and onion into small pieces
In a medium pot, heat oil and add the 3 ingredients above
Stir for 11 mins and ads the tomatoes and jalapeños
Stir for 5mins
Add the ground beef
This step is optional. You can add more celery, onion and green pepper
Add all the spices and browning sauce
Add in the cooked rice and stir well. Let it steam on low heat for 5mins. Enjoy!
