Easy Tuna Pasta Salad

My mom made this all the time when I was growing up.Every outdoor get together would have a big bowl sitting right next to the deviled eggs.

Ingredients

  1. 1 box elbow noodles
  2. 2 cans tuna drained
  3. 4 oz frozen peas
  4. 1 small onion diced
  5. 1 1/2 cup mayo
  6. 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  7. 1 cup shredded cheddar
  8. 1/2 cup dill pickle relish

Steps

  1. Boil noodles according to package.

  2. Cook peas and cool.

  3. Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve cold.
