Egg Fried rice


My one of favorite cuisine after Indian is Chinese,I love Chinese food its depth of flavor it has very unique and different flavor for different recipes . I love fried rice and i love making them at home for quick lunch or dinner or to pack. It does take sometime to get the ingredients ready but very quick in making . You make veg or non veg both taste as good i also love to pair it always with some gravy so i made Chilli chicken .


  1. 1/4 Cup Carrot
  2. 1/4 Cup French Beans
  3. 1/4 Cup Cabbage
  4. 1/4 Cup Capsicum (all colors)
  5. 1 Tbsp Garlic chopped
  6. 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
  7. 1 tsp Chilli Sauce
  8. 1 Tsp Oyester Sauce
  9. oil
  10. Spring onion
  11. 2 Eggs
  12. to taste Salt
  13. 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  14. 2 Cup Cooked Rice
  15. 2 Tsp Vinegar or Rice Wine vinegar


  1. Cook rice ahead few hours before or a day before.Its always good that way so it doesn’t stick.

  2. In a Pan on high add the beaten eggs and quickly scramble them but don’t scramble too much and keep aside.

  3. In same pan add some oil add chopped garlic and all chopped vegetables and sauté well till half done. Then add salt and pepper, In a bowl add all the sauces and mix well.

  4. Now add the rice in pan and mix quickly then add the sauces and sauté well in high flame for while last add the scrambled eggs and spring onion.
