1 teaspoon daily mixed in with food or smoothies and I give it to my dogs as well with their homemade food.
Ingredients
- 1-2 dozen egg shells preferably organic
Steps
Pre heat oven to 200 degrees
Rinse egg shells with water and place in a of pot of water and boil for 10 minutes. Then strain and cool so you can touch them.
Place egg shells on a cookie sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or till they are really crispy.
Place egg shells in a clean coffee grinder or use a magic bullet and blend till its a powder.
Store in a container with a lid at room temperature for up to 2 months.
