This recipe came from Kim Lubbers. Delicious with any fruit – we mostly love strawberry, raspberry, and peach. (About 202 calories per serving)


  1. 1 small package tapioka
  2. 1 small package cook -n- serve vanilla pudding
  3. 1 small package any flavor jello (to match fruit)
  4. 3 cups water
  5. 8 oz. cool whip
  6. Fruit to match jello flavor


  1. Mix tapioka, pudding mix, jello, and water in a saucepan. Stir until it reaches a boil. Put it in a bowl and cool in the refrigerator for 3 hours or so.

  2. Add cool whip and fruit.
