French Dip Roll-Ups

Made this tonight for a quick and easy dinner.

Ingredients

  1. 1 can crescent roll
  2. 8 slices roast beef
  3. 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  4. 1 pkt au-jus gravy mix

Steps

  1. Roll up 1 slice of roast beef, and a pinch of mozzarella cheese into each crescent and bake at 375° for 13-15 min

  2. While those are baking, make au-jus gravy acording to package.

  3. Serve crescents with a side of au-jus for dipping.
